They co-founded the operations advisory firm LoyaltyOps. Mickey has spent two decades advising founders and CEOs. Kyle spent fifteen years as a Tier 1 Special Operations Assaulter. You're talking with people who've made hard calls under pressure and know how to draw out an honest conversation.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions before you apply
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no cost to come on the show, and we don't pay guests either. The value is the conversation, the episode, and the introductions.
I've never done a podcast. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Plenty of our guests are first-timers. The 20-minute call beforehand sets the angle, and the recording itself is a guided conversation. You'll be in good hands.
How much time does it take?
The application takes a few minutes. If it's a fit, there's a 20-minute alignment call, then the recording, which usually runs under an hour.
Do I need to have a certain size business?
There's no hard cutoff. We tend to talk with owners and operators of companies in the range of 30 to 150 people. What matters more than headcount is that you're actively building your own business and have something real to say about it.
What's the format?
A one-on-one conversation with Mickey, sometimes with Kyle. We go deep on your business: what you're building, the decisions you're making, and where you see your industry going.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application for fit. If it's a match, you'll get a link to book the alignment call. If the timing or fit isn't right, we'll let you know.
